Discipline
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner whilst attending classes and be respectful to both teachers and fellow pupils at all times. This will ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.
Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent if brought in to class. This applies to both parents and students.
Parents should be aware that due to the nature of dance it is necessary for the teacher to use physical contact when training young dancers. Due to Covid, at the moment I am not spotting unless absolutely necessary.
Students may on occasions be photographed or filmed during class and performances. Images may be used on our website and in our social media channels. By taking part in our activities, you are agreeing to this happening unless you have otherwise informed me in writing.

I trained as a professional dancer at Performers College in Essex.
I have a level 6 Trinity Diploma in Dance Theatre and I am qualified ISTD DDE dance teacher in Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz.
I am also a qualified Acrobatic Arts Module 1 and 2 Instructor, a Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) Instructor, an Aerial Instructor (silks, hoop, trapeze, rope and sling), Aerial Yoga Instructor and Cosmic Kids! Yoga Instructor .
I have taught many styles of dance ranging from Irish, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical theatre, Chair Acro and Street Dance to all ages.
I have created my own workshops and children’s parties for 6 years
I love interacting with children, and dancing and party games are what I love doing, so I become one of them, enjoying the fun as much as the children do.
I am known as “Emily Cheese” by the children I have met, because I am always happy and smiling.
I have taught all ages in dance from Tots to Adults.
I worked at Haven Holiday Park as a fun dancer, been on tour with Ben – The Michael Jackson tribute Act, toured with Rory and appeared in the film Cuban Fury.

I started dancing at the age of seven, training in Street, Tap, Ballet, and Musical Theatre, and later exploring Contemporary styles. From an early age, I loved learning new skills and performing, and that passion for movement eventually extended into aerial and acrobatic arts.
My love of teaching began when I started assisting classes at the age of eleven, and I’ve enjoyed helping students of all ages build confidence, strength, and a love for movement ever since. I am currently completing my BA (Hons) in Dance Education at Canterbury Christ Church University and have completed my Level 4 Diploma in Dance Teaching (achieving distinctions in all units), First Aid qualification, and Complete SEND Diploma, which all support my inclusive, safe, and creative teaching approach.
I bring my theatre and dance training into aerial and acrobatic lessons, helping students develop technique, performance quality, and body awareness while having fun and challenging themselves. I teach across multiple sites, including recreational classes and competition teams, and enjoy creating lessons that inspire creativity, confidence, and enjoyment—whether on the floor or in the air.
Outside of teaching, I’ve performed in productions by Nova Grace Productions, The Arden Theatre, Claire Snoad Productions, Lara Hogbin, and in a recent music video for Roleplay Music. These experiences continue to influence the energy and creativity I bring to every class.
I love working with children and teens, helping them grow, laugh, and enjoy movement, and I aim to make every class a space where students feel supported, challenged, and excited to explore what their bodies can do.
