Introduction To Aerial Lessons

Emily Hale Twinkle Toes Dance and Parties provides regular classes and supervised training in Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial trapeze, Aerial Sling and Aerial Yoga for children and adults in Sittingbourne and the surrounding areas.

We welcome beginners and all levels of fitness.

Come and learn how to get fit while having fun upside down!

These sessions are suitable for birthday parties, hen do’s, private and team building events. (When Government restrictions are lifted these can all take place)

This an exciting way to learn a new skill, take your skills to the next level and work on your chosen specific area.

It is the perfect way to have fun while improving your body awareness, coordination, strength, stamina, dexterity and flexibility.

Maintaining a strong body is important at any age. Posture, balance, mental health and movement can all be helped with our Aerial Lessons.

Where Are Lessons Held?

Aerial lessons can be held either at my home in Sittingbourne or at your chosen venue.

How Much Do Aerial Lessons Cost?

Lesson costs vary, depending upon numbers and location.
1 to 1 lessons are from £30 per hour
Household And School Bubble Classes

(group aerial lesson are £10 per lesson pay in a 6 week block)
You could also have some fun together and book an Aerial Party or Team Building Event (once government restrictions have been lifted).
All events must be booked and paid for in advance. Places are very limited, and we follow strict Covid-19 guidelines for students safety.

What Do I Need to Bring Along To Wear?

Arrive 5 -10 minutes before the session for registration – we recommend tight fitting clothing that cover the back of the knees and a top that covers the arms – leggings with no zips and a drink and a towel. No jewellery to be worn. Hair to be tied back neatly.

As per Covid rules everyone needs to wear nonslip/gravity socks.
